Depart for Port Moresby on Air Niugini flight. After clearing Customs and Immigration, you proceed to the arrival hall. Meet TPA staff upon arrival and transfer to Airways Hotel.

Have an early morning breakfast and be at the airport by 7.00am to check in. Depart Port Moresby on Air Niugini Flight PX 910 departing at 08.30am and arriving Madang at 09.45am. Transfer to the waiting plane for your onward flight to Wewak. Depart Madang at 10.40am and arrive in Wewak at 11.30am. Upon arrival you will be met by Alois Mateos of Sepik Adventure Tours. In Wewak Boutique hotel shuttle bus will take you to the hotel.

Your day begins at 5.30am on 4-wheel drive to your first stop, Pagwi, which will take about 3 ½ hours drive. Breakfast can be pre-packed to be taken during the trip. A further travel is required from Pagwi to Ambunti (your destination), will be on a dug out motorized canoe which will take another 2 hours. You will arrive at Ambunti at about 13.00pm. During your trip, you will get to see and experience village lifestyle along the Sepik River.

Full Day: Early Morning birdwatching tours at Wagu Village then return to Ambunti for the main festival which will begin at 08.00am. There will be whole day of singing and dancing by various groups from the Sepik river area. Program ends at 17.00pm.

Return to Wewak. You should arrive back in Wewak by 15.00pm. Upon arrival check in at the In Wewak Boutique Hotel for your overnight stay.

Depart Wewak for Mt. Hagen on Airlines PNG flight. Upon arrival, look out for the Hotel Poroman shuttle bus which will take you to the hotel were you will check in. Your full tour starts on Saturday but you have an option to do a half day tour on Friday.

Your flight to Port Moresby will be in the afternoon. Therefore you have an option to relax and take your flight in the afternoon or book your own tours to what you prefer for half day only. The Hotel Poroman shuttle bus will take you to the Airport for your Air Niugini flight. Upon arrival look out for the Airways Hotel shuttle bus which will take you to the hotel to check in.
